JOB ROLE
You will drive company growth by sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value acquisition deals. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate complex negotiations independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source: Identify and qualify acquisition targets via outbound outreach and research.
Negotiate: Lead the deal-making process to secure favorable terms.
Manage: Maintain a high-volume CRM pipeline with meticulous follow-up.
Analyze: Conduct preliminary due diligence to ensure targets meet company criteria.

100% Location Independent: Work from anywhere in your territory.
Results-Only Culture: We value closed deals over time zones or office hours.
Travel: No standard travel required. If Blockhouse requests travel for high-priority meetings, all expenses are 100% covered. Your are allowed to travel anywhere in your territory to sell at your expense.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 2+ years in high-ticket sales, acquisitions, or business development.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, financial analysis, and CRM proficiency.
Status: Must be comfortable as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Compensation: 100% Commission (Uncapped).
Motive: Must be self-disciplined with a "partner" rather than "employee" mindset.
