·       Contribute to the design and development of new custom products and product improvements.

·       Stay current on trends, innovations, and best practices in overlanding, off-road systems, and vehicle-based adventure equipment.

Qualifications

·       Strong working knowledge of electrical, solar, and mechanical systems, with the ability to understand how they integrate in custom vehicle builds.

·       Experience installing, diagnosing, or supporting 12V electrical and solar systems.

·       Ability to assess product quality, identify issues, and communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams.

·       Comfort working directly with customers and vendors in a technical, service-oriented role.

·       Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.

·       Ability to travel occasionally, including possible international travel.

·       Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a hands-on, shop-adjacent product environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or a related discipline.

·       History of custom vehicle modifications, especially in off-road, overland, camper, van, or expedition platforms.

·       Knowledge of off-road and overlanding use cases, equipment, and customer expectations.

·       Experience designing or helping develop new custom products.

·       Confidence presenting products and representing a brand in public-facing settings such as trade shows and events.
