This role is perfect for a college-age student who loves content creation, understands  agriculture, and isn’t afraid to be on camera.

You’ll work closely with the creator to film daily activities, set up high-quality shots, edit engaging videos, and occasionally appear on camera as part of the channel’s personality.

  • Set up clean, visually appealing camera shots

  • Operate cameras, phones, tripods, and drones

  • Edit YouTube videos from start to finish (cuts, pacing, basic audio and subtitles) and create short form content for other platforms

  • Collaborate on video ideas, shot lists, and content improvements

  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and contributing personality to videos

  • Organize footage and manage basic file workflows

  • Stay up-to-date on YouTube trends, pacing, and storytelling styles

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled college student or recent college graduate
  • Strong interest in YouTube, social media, and digital storytelling
  • Some basic experience with filming and video editing, I am not looking for a professional

  • Confident, personable, and camera-comfortable
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • US drivers license and personal vehicle

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Highly motivated, likes to constantly improve their work and themselves.
  • Being able to take their job seriously while being able to have fun

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience working on a real YouTube channel

  • A strong portfolio of published content

  • Direct mentorship in filming, editing, and business strategy

  • Insight into the day-to-day workflow of a content creator and small business owner
